How we Operate.
Picking up from a set location
The vehicles are parked at set locations in Foster City, Mountain View, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Saratoga, San Mateo. If you choose to pick up from one of these set locations, the pick up process with be seamless and remote. Once you arrive, we will remotely unlock the vehicle for you and the key will be inside or we will direct you towards the lockbox with the key inside. At the time of your return, you will park the car at the set location, place the key inside the center console and we will remotely lock it, or you will place the key inside the lockbox and follow further instruction. Remote pick up and drop off is communicated through messaging and phone calls.
